Simplera® is indicated for the treatment of otitis externa in dogs associated with Staphylococcus pseudintermedius and Malassezia pachydermatis.

Simplera® combines three active ingredients:
Florfenicol (16.6 mg/mL) – a broad-spectrum responsible antibiotic
Terbinafine (14.8 mg/mL, equivalent to 16.6 mg/mL terbinafine hydrochloride) – an antifungal
Mometasone furoate (2.2 mg/mL) – an anti-inflammatory
 
Administered by the veterinarian, Simplera® supports treatment compliance and helps reduce inflammation, bacterial overgrowth, and yeast proliferation associated with canine otitis externa. The clear, oil-based formulation allows for easy visualization during follow-up examinations. No refrigeration is required. The duration of effect should last 30 days.
