Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

1. What Is the Vetscript Loyalty Program?

The Vetscript Loyalty Program aka Paw Points (the “Program”) is a customer rewards program offered by Vetscript Inc., an Ontario corporation (“Vetscript,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), through participating Vetscript locations and the website www.vetscript.ca

 

The Program allows eligible customers to earn and redeem Vetscript Loyalty Points (Paw Points) on qualifying non-prescription purchases, subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

 

By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as amended from time to time.

2. Eligibility and Enrolment

Membership in the Program is free. The Program is open to individual customers only. You must be a Canadian resident and at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your province of residence.

 

Corporations, businesses, resellers, or commercial purchasers are not eligible unless expressly approved by Vetscript in writing.

3. Earning Loyalty Points

Members earn 1 paw point for every $1.00 CAD spent on eligible non-prescription items, before taxes and after discounts.

 

Points are not earned on:

- Prescription medications

- Veterinary prescriptions or refills

- Prescription-related services

- Taxes, shipping, or delivery fees

- Gift cards or store credits

4. Redeeming Loyalty Points

1,000 points may be redeemed for $20.00 CAD off eligible non-prescription purchases.

 

Points cannot be redeemed on prescription items, services, taxes, or shipping charges. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

 

5. Account Activity

Points do not expire as long as the account remains active. Accounts may be closed after 24 months of inactivity. Unused points may be forfeited upon account closure.

 

6. Returns

If a purchase is returned, points earned will be deducted. Points redeemed on returned items are forfeited.

 

7. Program Changes

Vetscript reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time. Changes will be posted at www.vetscript.ca

 

8. Privacy

Participation is subject to the Vetscript Privacy Policy available at www.vetscript.ca.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
