Premarin conjugated estrogens sustained release tablets contains a mixture of conjugated estrogens obtained exclusively from natural sources, occurring as the sodium salts of water-soluble estrogen sulfates blended to represent the average composition of material derived from pregnant mares’ urine.

Medicinal ingredients: mixture of conjugated equine estrogens, which are a mixture of sodium estrone sulphate, sodium equilin sulphate and other components (sodium sulphate conjugates, 17β-dihydroequilin, 17β-estradiol, and 17αdihydroequilin).

Non-medicinal ingredients: calcium phosphate tribasic, carnauba wax, FD&C yellow #6 sunset yellow FCF aluminum lake, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, isopropyl alcohol, iron oxide black, lactose monohydrate, macrogol, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate, purified water, quinoline yellow lake, sucrose, titanium dioxide.
