APO-ONDANSETRON oral solution is a clear colourless to light yellow liquid which contains 4 mg / 5 mL of ondansetron supplied as ondansetron hydrochloride dihydrate.  APO-ONDANSETRON 4 mg / 5 mL ondansetron (as ondansetron hydrochloride dihydrate) is supplied in 50 mL bottles.
