Equipalazone (Microencapsulated phenylbutazone powder) is indicated as an aid in the treatment of arthritis, myositis and rheumatism in horses. It is an nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug for horses. Equipalazone granules are microencapsulated with a unique arabic gum to neutralize the taste of phenylbutazone.
